Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ris77" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://ris77.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the ris77 website, any related mobile-optimized interface, and all software, content, and tools accessible therein.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a registered player on the Platform, through which the player accesses all ris77 services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds — real-money and/or bonus funds — held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet credit, free-spin equivalent, or cashback amount credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a ris77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process ris77 may require a Player to complete before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or ris77's own access policies.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone for all ris77 operational references including promotion expiry times, support hours, and transaction timestamps.

Access to and use of the ris77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ris77 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to age verification checks at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under your local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ris77 or any of its affiliated entities, game content providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had a ris77 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — i.e., you must not be subject to any legal disability that prevents you from contracting.

To access real-money games and betting markets on ris77, you must first create a registered Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of Accounts:

1. Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. If ris77 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — determined by name, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances held in those Accounts may be forfeited at ris77's discretion.
2. Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. ris77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
4. Identity Verification (KYC). ris77 may require you to complete identity verification at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal, increasing account limits, or applying a bonus. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of address or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
5. Account Suspension. ris77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Account while a KYC review, fraud investigation, or dispute resolution process is ongoing. Suspended Accounts remain subject to all applicable terms; suspension does not constitute termination.
6. Account Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the ris77 support team at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC completion.

All financial transactions on the ris77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged by ris77; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which ris77 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ris77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Balance.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within one to five minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). ris77 is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system or payment provider's infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by ris77 within one to three minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ris77 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. A real-money Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal once any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied. ris77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud review, or pending investigations under anti-money-laundering obligations.

ris77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible Players with a verified Account in good standing. Players who have previously breached these Terms & Conditions, or who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse, are not eligible to claim any promotion.
• Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7 to 30 days) will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
• Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Virtual Sports and Sportsbook bets contribute as specified per promotion. Game contribution rates are subject to change.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds. While playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is Rp 200.000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse. ris77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance play designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, hedging bets across multiple Accounts, and multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming the same welcome offer more than once. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Promotional Calendar. ris77 runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar, including events during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of each campaign.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the ris77 Sportsbook, Virtual Sports, and related betting products. Game-specific rules for Live Casino and Slots are governed by the rules of the individual games as provided by the relevant game studio.

• Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by ris77. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is recorded in your Account history. ris77 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not offered.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed at the time of bet placement. ris77 may adjust these limits at any time and without notice.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes. ris77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that result from a manifest error — including pricing errors, data-feed errors, or typographical mistakes. Where such bets are voided, stakes are returned to the Player's Account.
• Void Bets. Bets may be voided where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where ris77 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bet stakes are returned.
• Mix Parlay (Multi-Leg Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay bets — in which multiple selections are combined into a single accumulator — are subject to all individual selection rules. If any leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. Minimum odds and minimum legs for mix parlay bets are specified at the time of bet placement.
• Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organizing committee, or the relevant sports federation). In the event of a dispute, ris77's settlement decision is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ris77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or allowing a third party to register an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be removed from your Balance.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to conceal your true geographic location or identity, where such access is used to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ris77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any ris77 content, game material, or odds data without written authorization.

All content on the ris77 Platform — including but not limited to the ris77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, odds data, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of ris77 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, broadcast, or commercially exploit any Platform content without ris77's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ris77 regarding the Platform may be used by ris77 freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ris77 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain password security.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that result from data-feed failures or manifest errors, where ris77 has exercised its right to void affected bets.
• Any financial loss arising from your decision to participate in gambling activities on the Platform.
• The legality of accessing ris77 from your specific jurisdiction — you accept full responsibility for ensuring your access complies with local law.

In no event shall ris77's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ris77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by ris77 is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. ris77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the ris77 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard applied by major Indonesian financial institutions including BCA, BRI, and BNI.

ris77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and believes that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or compulsive behavior. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders. You may configure session duration alerts that notify you when a specified amount of time has elapsed during a single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion. You may request a temporary self-exclusion period (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Reality Checks. Regular on-screen reality check notifications can be enabled from within your Account settings to remind you of your session duration and net gaming balance.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — particularly any change that affects your rights regarding deposits, withdrawals, or account closure — ris77 will use reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address registered to your Account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.6.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ris77 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ris77 arising out of or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ris77 support at [email protected]. ris77 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (WIB) and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international gaming arbitration body as specified in ris77's gaming license terms. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you assume full personal responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ris77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular location.
